I think I know this one Hank Dugie. Somewhere near Fort Sill, OK would be my guess! There seems to be a very limited number of choices in Lawton and of those find out which are the most active. Interview them then decide who's the best fit for your customer.

I would search for a successful RE/MAX agent. Platinum Club members have experience that will meet your needs.

I go to my data base of RE/MAX agents in the area and take it from there.

This is an opportunity for relationship building.
Call the biggest broker (# of agents) within your franchise and discuss your need and describe your client. Go with the brokers recommendation. (Big G is your friend in this situation or your broker can find the dominate broker in Still)

Or

If you've paid for append letter after your name, you can use the referral system of that organization.

Or

Post a message on AR stating "Sill OK REALTOR needed."  Only the very best REALTORS are on AR.

Or (worst idea)

Go to Trulia and use the 'Find an agent' feature.
