Currently, it's VERY challenging.  they are going to fix this during the next update - I believe end of Jan (Kris Neese had replied to someone else on this q).

In the meantime, you need to guess which blog post it might be and then scroll down to the bottom to the reblog section and if someone reblogged you, you can check that link.  I've tried this a few times and a few times it worked and other times it didn't.

they really need to fix it.

If you don't know what post it was... well good luck.  If you happen to know the post it's easy by following Debbie's instructions and clicking on the little arrows square at the bottom of the post.

This is certainly a situation that needs to be fixed. I do like to thank members when one of my posts is re-blogged.

I think that you just hover your cursor over the reblogged button and it shows up.

HA . . . I just posted this Question, then decided to scroll through to read about Q&A and read this.  Perhaps I should have scrolled through the Q&A's first . . . LOL

I tried this, too, but, I used Debbie and Tammy's little hint and finally found it.  Hope it is fixed soon.

Silvia - This would certainly be something nice to have, so we would know who to thank for the reblog. Hopefully AR will get this update in soon.

On bottom right there is  'recylcle' kind of button - if exists, the numbet next to it is times it is re-blogged. If you click that button, you'll see the names of members who re-logged it.

I thought at the bottom of every post there is a section that shows when someone has re-blogged, and thought I had seen this in the last few days. 

I noticed that too! I never did find out who reblogged it.  I will subscribe to see if I can find out too.
