As Roy Kelley said...there are some that never pay. I would be happy to visit with you on this. There are some companies that pay right away and others every two weeks, some once a month and some orders can be six weeks to two months out.

Don't work for brokerpriceopinion.com. They won't pay you.

Depends on the management company. Last year I wanted to improve my pricing for my listings. I did bpos for 1-2 mths & it provided priceless insight from the bank's perspective; as well as helped me understand value esp. when there are no comparables in close proximity.

To answer your ?- some took 7-10 days & others took up to 30 days.

Thank you Debbie Laity Roy Kelley and Adell Forbes (Realtor) , brokerpriceopinion looks like they are scamming people by the reports submitted to www.ripoffreport.com and this company is also doing business as "First Evaluations.com" these guys were offering payment within 60 days. agentsonline.net has some goods and bads for bpo's.
