Yes; I enjoy it, and can not see myself doing anything else- but truth be told I have a love/hate relationship with it.

Ethics and Communication

Honesty, high ethics, total concern for one's clients and not for one's commission. Communication skills and listening skills are critical. Staying on top of the market to really know your market is also critical.

One that has all of the attributes that makes someone good at their profession-experience, communication, listening skills, etc., but someone that treats each transaction as if it were the most important one they've ever had, not a commodity.
