I mostly work with sellers, but I would make a brochure with all of you information along with all the benefits that owning a home has. You might also want to include some statistics from NAR and Realtor.com that pertains to homeownership. Also include some sort of "call to action". Hope this was helpful.

Something I find useful is a large post card with organizational filling tips. Who hasn't worked with dozens of buyers who have no idea where their documetns are for income, retirement accounts, bank statements, tax returns and so on? I always give buyers a list of doc's they will need to be preapproved and they almot always cringe at the thougt of the time it takes to find these things.
A list of free or low cost on line ways to track expenses also is helpful.
You can have free home buyers seminar and invite a tax professional to explain tax advantages. I do not give advice on taxes .
Sending your clients HUD statement is one of the best marketing strategy.
I have an investor client that markets to renters to become buyers this time of year. She uses signs in front of her properties that say buying this home costs less than renting it.
Possibly sent them an explanation of the tax savings made possible by home ownership. And, don't forget to send your past year's clients a copy of their HUD-1, they will need it when doing their taxes.
I send them a letter in January that include a copy of their settlement statement. In the letter I also remind to file for Homestead Exemption. Subscribing to this as I am always looking for new ideas.
Dipti nailed this one!
Send HUD - I read here.
If they bought their home, send the closing statement.
Send out 1099's and tax tips for homeowners.
