I have only used DocuSign, but I am satisfied with it. It makes the entire process much smoother.

I have never had one of my client have difficulty with the "signing" of the documents that I have sent them through DocuSign. I highly recommend it!

Docusign hands down. I've used a few digital signature apps and none can compare to the ease and function of Docusign.

We have used Echosign for years with no real issues. Occasionally there is a delay in receiving on either end...just minutes...but clients use their phones and find it easy to use.

I have used about five diferent ones and used to pay for Docusign until the Intermountain MLS incorporated Authentisign into our dues.  I have been approached by DocuSign to be an instructor for them, so after hearing some of the comments, here, will probably re-open that conversation.

I am very glad that more banks are finally accepting digital signatures.  After all, if the IRS will send you a refund based on them, that should imply they work.  Admittingly they need to meet the Digital Signature Act requirements for secuirty protocols.

I used DocuSign and loved it. I did my first digital signature almost two years ago and was impressed that I was able to sign it on my phone. Then this year my local board provided ZipForms with DigitalInk as a member benefit. It works well and isn't difficult to use, but it only works on the iPhone/iPad and not on other smart phones and tablets.

Docusign works fine for me.  there are some suggestions I would make to them to improve it, but it is good.  Our CAR (State Association) offered us one a few years ago that I found very rigid and unworkable.

I have used Docusign , eSign and Authentisign.  Seems Docusign is simplest.

Our MLS provides Authentisign, but I like Docusign better.  It integrates with Zipforms (which pulls in MLS info too) so everything is seamless.

Our State Association has incorporated Authentisign and we can use it for a small fee. I can prepare a document in just a couple of minutes and it is very flexible. I think it is very user friendly for the consumer too. I have used DotLoop and Docusign and they are not as easy to use.

CA winforms are offering free digital signature option, this is what we use. For other documents I use Adobe. 

I tell my non-tech clients that "if you can play Solitaire on your system, you can use DocuSign".  And they can, do and love it.

I use docusign and I will say that my clients love it! And I have had some non-tech savy clients.

I've always used Docusign. I tried the free Zip version when our Board offered it....then Docusign eliminated the plan I was on. I won't pay the new amount when I can get it for free, but I'd suggest them as far as product is concerned.

I've been using docusign but I have been looking for other technology just to see if there's anything better I should be looking into.

JJ - I have been using Docusign for several years and it has worked great for me.  I haven't yet had a client that couldn't figure it out, so that is speaks volumes to for the ease of use.

JJ, Just recently implemented Zipforms and Docusign and loving the ease of using it.  No more print/fax/scan needed!

I have found that the majority of people don't want to use any of them, some title companies, lenders, investors, and attorneys don't accept them. I recently tested one because a buyer was out of stste, but she had trouble with an app and couldn't get it to work.

I use Skyslope because that's what my company uses to maintain on-line records. It's easy for agent and clients. I did have issues with DotLoop in the past.

JJ, I  will go with Docusign hands down. The time and little cost has saved time and money.

Most people I talk to prefer Docusign.  Our office uses Dotloop.  There are some quirks with the system that are frustrating.

I use esign and find it to be easy to use.  My clients and myself love it!

I have used Echosign and found it very easy to use. However, I am investigating Authentisign because our association uses it.

I started with Docusign a few years ago, and haven't looked back.  The few times I've used others (usually if another agent has sent it to me, or if there was some reason I've directed to another system), I've had to think, though I get through it.

Clients have easily been able to manage Docusign.

As you are seeing from all the answers, you have a few options to choose from.

Our firm uses Dotloop.  My clients love it.  I have had good luck with docusign as well.

I have tried a few but Docusign gets my vote hands down.   I have yet to have one client not find it intuitive and many of them operate it just fine on their smartphones.  It is so easy to use. 

@JJCanull-Most of us at KW use Dotloop.  It works fine for many of my clients.

I have used docusign since 2008 and have never had any problems with it.  I love it and my Clients love it.

Our MLS bundles eSign.  It's a little cartoony-looking, but it is made for people who are tech novices.

I have found it to quick and reliable, and my clients like it.

My property manager who covers my personal rental property uses docusign and loves it while our MLS uses another service where most of the problems persist with my clients...

Once you figure out how to use Docusign, it's great.  No problems with clients - they get it right away.

We use docusign and its very easy for my clients and processor to get docs signed and returned in a quick manner. We enjoy it for its simplicity of use!

Docusign is what we use here locally.  I, however, obtain original signatures from my buyer clients on their offiers.  I had a few get bounced from the lenders who wanted wet signatures, so I just don't bother anymore.

I've been using the Florida Realtors digital signature solution that comes bundled with our Forms Simplicity program.  It is very easy to use for my customers and haven't had any issues so far.

Authentisign is built into our MLS here in Southeast MI.  Works very well and has saved a lot of time.

I have used DocuSign for years. Works like a charm. I deal with all age groups, BTW. 

We have Authentigin built into our Oklahoma City MLS so that makes it efficient and it is part of the MLS dues. At the state association we made a deal with Docusign for those outside of the OKC and Tulsa MLS areas. Tulsa uses Docusign even though we use the same MLS provider. 

I use dotloop. I think it's very user friendly and I've never had a problem with any client signing a document using it.

DocuSign is a great option - if you have no other association. I use DotLoop because I am KW agent.

I use Authentisign. We get a discount because it's recommended by our MLS. Never had a problem.

I use and like Docusign. The only issue I've had with it is when the file gets VERY large it won't attach the file to the completed email and it must be sent via the website. 

I only have used DocuSign. Nothing else to compare to. I've only had one client have issues figuring out how to DocuSign a document. I've had many seniors use it with no problem.

We use docusign and have been very happy.  In general, customers don't have issues...except for some of our older customers who are just not the comfortable using email anyway.
