For the former the all time traffic generator that brings loyal, multiple visits is a well done area calendar of events. This is a home run for collaborative arrangements for the real estate professional. This idea has REAL legs.

However, it will prove to be the most time intensive marketing effort of all the things you do. Sorry, those services who offer to populate your website with their scraped data will NOT get the results you want. Everyone else has THAT events data. This presents a real 'harvest the ripples' opportunity.

There is one thing EVERY buyer solicits from their agent. This solicitation starts as, "if you come across........"  each and every one of you know exactly the words to finish that solicitation.  This is where your network can provide that extra dimension of value you can offer TIER 1 buyers.  Membership has it's privileges.
