This loan is typically a FHA loan. If they need help with any costs at all the program offers $6000 to use towards any fees included. There is also another program now that is presented with the 203K loan where you can acutally get all new appliances and carpet and still walk in 0 down!!!!

absoulutely no money out of pocket? No money for inspection? No money for credit check? I wish we had such a program in Virginia. We have lots of assistance programs, but there's still some money people have to put out there, including an EMD.
