My real estate career has ended with retirement so I have a special suggestion for you. Set aside a large contribution to your retirement funds in 2015 and every year to assure a comfortable retirement.

Expand your business by staying on the phone until your appointment schedule is full.

My blogging has fallen off.  I need to get back to blogging more.

Getting rid right away of low motivated and low quality buyers. 

I'm going to double up on my efforts to stay in touch with former clients.  As the years go on and the list gets longer, it becomes more challenging.

Hmm Instagram that sounds like an idea I should try too. It seems there is always something new to try.  I would love to get a part time admin this year, that is a goal of mine.

I'm hiring an office manager! It should free up more time for myself and my assistant/buyer's agent. She started Instagram this year, but for the most part it is for a younger crowd. Freeing up your/my time for prospecting is Number 1.

I am going to continue to work hard to exceed my clients expectations! I am going to spend time not only on the phone but reconnecting with past clients for coffee or lunch or something. I am also going to try to balance work and family time better.   I finally have health insurance starting FEB 2, 2014 hurray!!!  I will also start to put away at least 10% of my earnings for retirement.  Life is GOOD!!!

I am going to work more on video blogging. 

I am committing to myself, I work for everyone, have family obligations and community work, 2015 is the year I will work on putting Gwen first some of the time.

If you read more blogs on Active rain you will get many ideas. I have not used Instagram yet. I may try it.

I need to refocus on raising my average list price and staying within a 10 mile radius of my office.  Gearing it up!

I'm time blocking each day during my best computer hours...3 hours when I get up. Nothing else to do (6:30-9:30) and I'm going to use that time for blogging and other online work. 

Blog more, bitch less. How is that for a New Years resolution?

Seriously, I agree with Roy. Save Save Save money for retirement. Wanting to work when I am 70 is fine, NEEDING to work scares me to no end!
