No matter what I do, it's at least an hour. But then, I'm very picky and fussy about how my posts look and read.

Sometimes it is little over an hour and for market reports - 10 minutes.

The total of 2 hours or even more!

Probably one to two hours at least, sometimes longer depending on how many posts I'm reading.  I don't think ice ever been able to write a post in only 15 minutes, just preparing, uploading and inserting a photo can take that long.

Cheryl Ritchie, This is a great question and I would say 30 to 45 a day.  I blog a lot about real estate listings in specific locations like "Apple Valley Lake" which are quick and easy to put together so my blogs don't generally take a lot of time yet they yield solid visibility and link love to my primary websites.

Too long.  At least one hour and more often than not almost two hours.

When I am active on the site, I probably spend an hour/day here. :(

It's taking too long. Sometimes an hour for a post & then a certain amount of time to comment back from the posts in the daily drop.

I agree w/ Inna - it depends on the post.  For many ones that aren't serious, I will often crank out in maybe 15 mins.  For ones like I did this morning, I spent many many hours.  But, I will only do posts like that once a month or so, and I'm doing them to rank well and for my customers to love and learn from, so it's worth the time.

On the commenting, I'm not sure...I will often do it in between tasks as a quick mental break.  I am doing a bunch now (as I have time and need breaks from my year end stuff), but starting Jan 5, I ned to spend less time here.

Cheryl, I have not checked to see how much time it takes. I am glad we are back to 10 comments a day. I comment on more than that but only when I have time.

It depends on a blog post, if it is a market update~ it takes me longer. I think I spend here 2-3 hours/day. Scary, right?
