Track the numbers - I have been working on some reports over the past few days and it is amazing the leads to prospects to loans to closings. Sometimes it can take several months for a lead to turn to a prospect. As I see the numbers unfold it is quite eye opening.

I have written down a business plan with the processes I need to accomplish my goals. I'm also hitting the ground running with several new prospects looking to buy this year and one closing that will happen in early January. 

Building personal relationships should be part of your game plan. People like to work with agents they like.

My goal is to dominate my farm area this year and add additional niche markets. One is El Paso Homes With Pools

I plan on continuing working my farm area and increasing the face to face meetings I have in those areas. Continue working the internet to get our listings in front of potential buyers. Tracking leads to understand which areas are working the best so ajustments can be made throughout the year. Mobile, AL is growing with lots of new industry and the city is full of excitement and opportunity. Should be a great year!

I had to rethink my "Why" and cater my business to achieving those goals. I have decided that instead of being the Realtor that jumps on the next hot trend in RE, that I will focus that attention solely on what I am great at and not those things that I am only OK at!! I also will not invest in marketing that is not only costly but doesn't provide the ROI that I hoped it would. Costing out ALL expenses that affect my bottom line is key to running and maintaining a successful business!!
