I will be honest and answer 'yes". Not proud of it, but lately life has gotten in the way. I "talk" the "talk" but it's hard for me to "walk" the "walk". When you are in real estate, the definition of a holiday schedule is very elusive. You need to be able to respond to calls and emails within a reasonable period of time. Teams can divide the tasks to make life a little easier.

To some extent, yes. I will do some real estate work throughout the holidays, but definitely scaling it back. This is the one time of the year I feel I can actually do that since I always seem to work throughout our vacations. LOL

Susan Haughton that is a great point, I also find myself working on major holidays/vacations, like my police and fire colleagues, one of them said its been 22 years since He had a holiday off work, they always made it mandatory every person on duty.
