I just did a post asking if anyone has tried www.idxbroker.com. My Calif. assoc. mls is just too basic CRMLS... I need a customizable MLS that will also integrate with A/R... anyone have any comments on IDXbroker or FlexIDX??? John Mosier and I need A/R help!

Thanks for your answer, Doyle Lee Austin Davison Iv . I am just beginning to scratch the surface on what the FlexIDX system can do. I was not involved when our MLS committee did the selection but from what I can see, the FlexMLS and the FlexIDX system are awesome. The FlexMLS system is great for all the members of the MLS. The FlexIDX system adds more features and the FlexIDX for Wordpress and the Spark API add far more versatility and capability. The transition from InnoVia was incredibly smooth.
