No, but I have been at a Closing where the Lender took liberties with his foul mouth that was very embarrassing for everyone in the closing. Then when the Lender handed a business card to the Selling Agent ... he was surprised when everyone left that his card was left on the table. Really? I wonder why he would not have realized that it was inappropriate behavior and he will probably "never" hear from that Selling Agent in the future.
