It is easy to re-blog. I believe you need min 50 word introduction to re-blog. By re-blogging you get 25 points. Yet, some blogs can not be rebloged or to be commented because the author chooses so. I don't know about any other limitations.

You may also use the schedule feature to schedule your re-blogs in advance. For example, I have re-blogs scheduled for weeks in advance.
