Ron and I owned a commercial real estate firm in the Beverly Hills area. If I had that client, I would contact a commercial agent in the area that is savvy with things like city regulations, etc. I would start with CB Richard Ellis, or some independents. The commercial world in CA is different than in any other state. We are close and self regulating...Anyone steps out of line, you know it.

If you needed someone in the LA area, I could recommend a great firm...A
