My wife created one for me through wordpress. I have the one that my brokerage provided to me, but I find it lacking. I am able to have more of a say in output when I control it through wordpress.

I would never recommend it. I am a broker and I have great agent retention, but I still believe in having them brand themselves and have their own web presence.
