I chose my brokerage because they have a large market share and well respected brand, which I thought was important to leverage as a new agent. I also wanted a brokerage with a mentor program as well as training.
Start interviewing until you find a group you like.. After you interview a few companies the choice should be easy.. Don't count out the small brokerages as some have a lot to offer, especially experienced agents.
My broker is currently also a good friend and I am managing the office for her. So, it was really a no-brainer for me. This is where I will retire. Hopefully sooner than later.
So many resources available at a fraction of the cost of getting them anywhere else.
Need to be with a good broker.
I am a broker...
It depends on what you are looking forward to.
Checked all - picked the best
You will know when it feels like home...we love the culture, the attitude of the founders...the willingness to spend money to make us better agents...and help our customers and clients...we are proud to be Keller Williams agents.
This is a difficult question to answer. It's the people at my office. And I got the quality of the people from my initial interview with the broker. It was what he said to me. This isn't something that can be taught or easily shared. There is just something about the experience and nature of the people I work with. We truly care about our clients and are truly working in their best interest.
