No one has every asked me about my education, designation. However, they have asked my how many years I have been in the field. But most clients are more interested in how we market their product and if we can SELL.

I do not recall any residential customer asking about my education. On the other hand, investor clients tended to think that my law degree provided a strong background.

I recently saw a training video that broke down that question by age group; baby boomers and seniors tended to be more interested in your resume than younger groups.  I think at the end of the day, though, it is as Gabe Sanders said, if they are impressed by you, like you and feel you will do a good job,  regardless of resume (to a point), they will do business with you. 

Debbie Reynolds I think all clients are a little different, some seem to care about all of it, some seem to care about some of it and some seem to care about none of it, haha.  I have had a few clients make note about me having a Masters degree, so for those clients, I think it helped.

Debbie Reynolds, I doubt it.  Some may be impressed by the designations but in the end it's whether they like you or not that matters to them.

No, they are more concerned with what we will do for them.

I do not believe so.

In general they dont care. However I did have one client care I was active in my local board, as his father was a Realtor and very active in his board.
