I had a really bad experience with Docusign. I subscribed to their service for a year and never used it. I was blindsided with an automatic renewal a year later. Then was charged for a third year. I reported this charge as fraud because I was never able to connect with anyone in accounting to get it fixed. They seem to have outsourced collections and made no provisions for customer service.
I have been using EchoSign.com for the last couple of years, and love it. No problems, glitches, etc. Clients never complain about difficulty of use. Like Roy Kelley said above, it does seem Docusign is the most popular. let us know what you settle on!
As a member of the California Association of Realtors, I have access to DigitalInk. It's easy to use.
I think it comes down to what you are use to. I have found people usually love one or the other and it turns out they just learned one system and liked it.
I only know about Docusign and so far it has been helpful for my business. Would like to read more about how E-sign has benefited others.
