I have heard WordPress is the way to go - however, outsource it.

Ritu, I have heard good and bad about both, but decided to go with Reel Geeks. Fairly easy to work the back end and the customer service is good.

Ritu Desai, if you are willing to spend the time and money, I would recommend a more custom site for the best results. The wordpress platform is a great start and there are quite a few developers that do a good job of designing a custom site for you.

I would like to follow this question and see what some of the responses are...
I like wordpress, however, just don't have the time to update and it doesn't look as professional as I would like it to be. But can't beat the cost.

I'm looking too. I purchased the Wordpress Genesis framework and the AgentPress Pro Child Theme for $99, and I'm playing with it. Currently I'm not all that happy with my current website, but I'm not ready to make a switch.
