I know the question relishes of bias, Sam. I'd like to determine partiality that prevents objective consideration for fairness and determine who the appraisal favors most, i.e., a higher appraisal for the seller or a lower appraisal for the buyer. Place the differences under a microscope and I'm certain we'll find martket disparities and inequality either significant or otherwise.
