How do you calculate Ocwen's Shared Appreciation Mortgage Recapture? Do they actually forgive 2/3 per year of the deferred amount if sold after year 2? The contract appears to contradict itself.

I had waited for over 3 months for Ocwen to figure this out. When I finally got the original note from my client and did some reasearch online, I did the math and sent it to Ocwen and they approved my calculations within a few hours. What a waste of several months!
