I use IXACT contact and I love it!  Very easy to use - I can group contacts for easy distribution of flyers/newsletters.  I send out open house/broker open house/new listing announcements with a few clicks and can see how many people open it, and when.  I can link my emails to a client and keep notes so that I remember their dog's name, their favorite food - whatever is unique to them that makes my communications more personal.  I don't have a great memory - so this program has been a real lifesaver for me.  I also use it to manage the sales transaction process so I never miss a date.  My clients rave about how organized I am!  

I need a great program. One so good it does all the work for me as well. LOL. I think there are great ones out there, it is just making the time to do it!

Hi Diana - we are in slightly different businesses but client management is roughly the same.  We started using Pipedrive.com last month and it is working great for us.  Plus, you get a free 30-day trial to check it out.  We were looking for something where we can more easily track accounts, milestones and set up reminders (which would be great for an RE agent).  We typically have around 40 deals in some stage of processing and must constantly be checking in on our clients to provide documentation to us.  It also ties in with Mailchimp for drip marketing and you can collaborate with other team members in it.  OH, did I mention it's $12/mo?

I use Realty Juggler. It works for me and only $99 year.

I've read lots of reviews, sat through demos, and still have difficulty. One of my biggest fears is getting into one system and having to keep up the cost of the subscription so I hesitate in moving forward. My business isn't big enough yet to maintain all the costs i could have on a monthly/annual basis.

I used to use Wise Agent. It was recommended by my broker. It was easy to use and inexpensive, except I wasn't really using it, so I canceled it. Then I started using Top Producer and found I was paying way too much and I was not happy with it! Now I'm back to Wise Agent and very happy!

I've been looking into various platforms but haven't made a decision yet. Some of the top contenders are Insightly, Realty Juggler, and Realvolve.

I have been using Wise Agent for about a year and a half, and I really like it.  It is affordable [I think I paid $20 a month and less if you paid yearly.]  While the interface could be improved to look "prettier" is is functional and easy to use.  It integrates with social media sites, lets you create newsletters with preset content that can be edited, has drip marketing systems, allows you to create easy flyers, and has a great calendaring system.  You can also create transaction checklists.  What I like most is that it is not as complicated as some of the other programs.  Because of that, I actually use this Wise Agent.

You need to take a close look at Top Producer as an alternative.

I use outlook for general contact mgmt, and eEdge and Paragon to send out newletters, 36 touches, 8x8's, and listing campaigns.

I have used Top Producer for 15+ years and Outlook for the emails.    Top Producer is so robust, and love you can access my client base from anywhere and any computer.   

When you select a database management system, one of the important features is to be able to send mass email to your various contact types. I like blogs that may also be used as the content for emails.
