Good for you, Paula. Thanks for sharing your legal, legislative, licensed endorsement and not your designations.
Just as a note, some can't make the distinction between a license and a designation, and don't understand that there are thousands of licensed professionals that don't belong to NAR (and would never join NAR under any circumstances) who are just as qualified to sell real estate as anyone with a lapel pin, most of whom have to pay an annual fee to retain. There's nothing in the state legislation of any of this nation's real estate commission's that require any licensed real estate agent to have a GRI or any other designation. Nor does that legislation create any additional advantages over any licensed real estate professional for those who possess those designations.
Thanks.

I am a licensed Texas Broker. Getting my broker's license was the best decision that I could have made.

Licenses, Christopher, such as broker, broker-affiliate, any license directly connected to any industry related to real estate that requires licensure. I tried to clarify that for Bill below. I've also been licensed as a broker for years, although not a salesman. Tech and education support only, though that might change if I get a good offer to bring my license out of retirement. I retired in October (and I'm having to much fun ). Glad to hear from you.

Do you mean license or designations? I hold a brokers license in NY, the highest form of licensure in this state.

I don't sport realtor badges because I'm not a realtor.
And I asked for real estate licenses, i.e, affiliate, broker, appraiser, mortgage broker, etc., not realtor designations.
Thanks.
