We’re Lane Rogers and Patricia Zars, partners in life, business, and purpose. Growth, connection, and intentional living are at the heart of everything we do. We live in Boerne, Texas, with our daughter, Riley, and believe in creating meaningful experiences for both our clients and our family.

With nearly 45 years of combined experience in the real estate industry, we joined Epique Realty to align with a forward-thinking, tech-empowered brokerage that shares our vision for innovation, collaboration, and elevated service. Lane Rogers
Lane earned his Real Estate License in 2002 and his Broker’s License in 2004, immediately going independent. He is also a licensed Loan Broker, combining expertise in real estate, lending, and consulting.

Lane holds professional designations including CRS, CRMS, ALHS, ABR®, CRB, GRI, e-PRO®, RSPS, SFR®, and SRES®. He was recognized as the 2014 CRS of the Year by the Texas CRS Chapter and served as Director of Communication in 2015. Passionate about leadership, growth, and collaboration, Lane continues to build lasting relationships across industries and communities.

Patricia Zars
Patricia earned her Bachelor’s in Business Marketing and began her real estate career in 2003 in New Home Sales, helping families navigate the homebuilding process. She earned her Texas Real Estate License in 2008 and, in 2011, joined Lane to grow and operate their independent brokerage, where she focused on agent development, operations, and brand strategy.

She holds the prestigious CRS designation and served on the Texas CRS Board as the 2015 Director of Public Relations. Patricia currently serves as the 2025 Events Director for the Women’s Council of REALTORS® San Antonio, a role she also held in 2019, and has been elected 2026 President-Elect.

In addition to her real estate leadership, Patricia is the Founder of 12.23 Creative, a full-service digital marketing and branding agency, and Co-Owner of Gary’s Pool & Patio, a family-owned pool company that has served South Texas since 1979.

 
Philanthropy
Giving back to the community is an essential part of who we are. Lane and Patricia actively support organizations that strengthen families and communities, including The Ferrari Kid, Habitat for Humanity, SAMMinistries, and the San Antonio Food Bank. Patricia led a successful 2014 Woman of the Year campaign for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and served four years on The Ferrari Kid’s Board of Directors. Their shared philosophy is simple: serve people well, and the positive impact will reach far beyond real estate.

Fun Fact: Lane and Patricia met and started dating in high school in Montgomery, Alabama, in 1996. They both studied business at Auburn University before moving back to San Antonio in 2000, Patricia’s hometown, where they continue their journey together in life and business.
