Thank you for taking the time to get to know me and my services. Excel Mortgage, Inc is a small mortgage brokerage offering FHA/VA and conventional financing. We offer very competitive rates as a result of keeping our overhead low. Each loan officer has over 25 years experience and as the industry changes our responsibility is to keep our clients informed of ever changing market conditions.
I have been involved as a mortgage loan officer for the past 26 years and have had an extensive history providing FHA/VA loans and have always believed they were the better option for most young familes who ususally have very little start up cash to get into their first home.
For the past four years I have also worked the foreclosure market helping familes either modify their mortgage toward a more favorable type of home financing, or negoitated mortgage discounts (short sales) with their lenders. I have always been in the forefront of offering creative financing techniques to sellers and investors to move properties. Financing is the key to selling a home and knowing the triggers to pull can only help in a slow market. Our solution to many homeowners in distressed and slow markets is to know the how to structure financing creative options for their home buyers.
One of our main advantages is our experience and access to commercial financing, business financing and equipment leasing. As money sources dry up, we have had success finding new capital and funding sources for our business clients.
