Get to Know Ysolette Nicoson
My main objective in being a real estate consultant is to help buyers and sellers accomplish their real estate goals. I am the real estate difference for my client. My knowledge, service and marketing separate my clients experience from all others. I have my CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist) - which only 4% of Realtors nationwide have obtained. I have most recently completed the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designation. In addition, I have also accomplished my GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) and my ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative). I strive to keep informed on the local and national housing market as well as be THE real estate professional that my clients deserve.
