Local knowledge: Process expertise: Responsiveness: Negotiation skills: I have bought and sold other properties in the past with other realtors in other cities, however; I wouldn't hesitate to contact & utilize Shirley's knowledge of the real estate market. She has always been available when I called her with a question and has always been exceptionally knowledgeable regarding any properties I have been interested in buying or selling. For those reasons I would not consider using any other realtor for my sales or purchases. |

She always replied to our requests in a timely manner and stayed in contact with us until requests were handled. When our bank got sold out and we had an issue with our rent payment one month, she was very understanding and even suggested a new bank for us and we love our new bank.
