If you are asking “what can you offer me if I want to sell or buy a property?” here is my response:   First and foremost, you can be assured that I will be your fierce ally in the home selling or home buying process.

I am here to bring my skills, passion and determination to what can sometimes be an overwhelming experience.  I will ask lots of questions and listen to your answers (not just hear) to make sure we are on the same page, maintain constant communication, guide and support you through each step, and position you to achieve your goals. 

My mission is to craft successful strategies for sellers and buyers to ensure their best return on investment (top dollar, on time and on budget). That is when my strong management background and personal values come into play.

After a successful career in the non-profit sector I decided I needed a change.  I wanted to transition to an industry where I could utilize my management skills and still feel like I was contributing to people’s lives. I followed the experts’ advice to “follow your passion” and decided to become a real estate agent.  It’s perfect for me – I love homes, enjoy making people’s dreams come true, and can still use my management skills (project management, marketing, research and analysis, negotiation).

I’ve been living in Maplewood for 15 years and before that I lived in New York City, right in the heart of the action.  I still enjoy occasional trips to NY but I am now a Jersey girl through and through.  I am married and have 2 children and 2 crazy cats.  My down time is spent pursuing my favorite pastime – organic gardening. I also like to cook, spend time with family and friends, and take day trips to New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

I enjoy being connected to my town and am a member of the Maplewood Rotary Club as well as the Maplewood Garden Club.  Through this work I am able to continue to help others as well as pursue my passions. My hard work has not gone unnoticed -- In June 2013 our garden was featured in the Maplewood Garden Tour.  What an honor!

I love seeing the happy faces of sellers and buyers at closing and knowing that I went over and above their expectations to get them the best results.
