I am not only a licensed Real Estate Agent ® and a member of the National Association of Realtors, I am a licensed Loan Officer with AmericanHomefront Mortgage. With being licensed as a Realtor and a Loan Officer I have been able to not only help anyone interested in purchaseing a home with financing, I am able to assist a Seller on Contract Offers. With my understanding of the current lending market it has proven to be a benefit to both my Buyers and Sellers. I am also licensed to show and sell and HUD listings. I have helped first time homebuyers purchase HUD's, Re-possessions and Resale homes. I have assisted Sellers who have re-located during the process of selling their home, keep their property maintained and the yard well kept.
