Hi, I’m Stephanie Romisher-Webb, Qualifying Broker/Owner of Keldrovia in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Keldrovia is a Transaction Coordination company first—we specialize in contract-to-close support that keeps files organized, deadlines tracked, and communication clear from the moment a contract is executed through closing day.
We also offer real estate sales representation, referral options, and limited-service listing support, so clients and agents can choose the level of service that fits their goals.
We take a personal approach with every client because we’re not here for “just one transaction.” We want to earn your trust for the long haul through integrity, respect, honesty, and kindness—and by doing the work the right way. We listen. We simplify the process. And we do everything we can to make your transaction successful with the least amount of inconvenience possible—whether you’re buying, selling, investing, upsizing, or downsizing.
Our business has been built largely on referrals from past clients—our “real estate family.” That means everything to us, because referrals only happen when people feel cared for, protected, and well-served.
One of my favorite compliments came from a seller who told me I went above and beyond. He laughed remembering the day an outdoor spigot froze and burst. I called him right away, helped get the water shut off, and met him at the house. He had to crawl into the muddy, cold crawl space (and forgot his wrench). When he realized it, I crawled under the house to hand it to him—then crawled out covered in mud from my arms down. He said that was the moment he thought, “Okay—this REALTOR really has our back.” Thank you, Ernest! I still smile when I remember how cold it was… and yes, we joked we found the best mud mask under the house.
I go above and beyond on every transaction—and no, I am not afraid to get dirty.
Because at the end of the day, it takes a team to close successfully: our client, the agents, lenders, inspectors, title, and the escrow officer. We’re grateful for every person who helps get our clients to the finish line.

| I didn't know what to expect when I contacted John and Stephanie Webb because I assumed that since they came from a small company they could not provide the services a commercial type Real Estate Company would provide but I was wrong. They went above and beyond to ensure I was receiving the services I needed as a first time home buyer. You know how they say not to judge a book by its cover, I did, but I would not recommend anyone else to assist me with Real Estate after this experience. Way to Go Latte Stone Realty, LLC!
