I am more than happy to recommend Jennifer Wolfe as a realtor. She professionally met all our needs and much more. In the past year my husband had several serious health issues which caused us to have to sell our home of 33 years and move to the Indy area. Met with builders and homeowners on a daily basis working in designer details of homes priced 300k-1,000,000. This was valuable experience and has granted me an eye for detail and a familiarity with many custom builders and developments around the city.
Model Home Sales Manager for Sentry Homes on the west side of Indianapolis; production to semi-custom level. In new homes sales, it is critical you know your competition better than they know you! In a daily basis, I competed with these builders and their communities: Davis, Estridge, Centex, Pulte, and Drees to name a few.
