The more money you make selling a house, the happier you are with me, and the more likley you are to send me your family when they are ready to buy. Plus the nicer it is, the easier my job becomes. I'll offer you my opinion, point out what's good and bad about a particular house. Selling a house is not just a job, its what makes me happy. Seeing a family find a great home is the best! For me, its about the people. I also like having my hubby be my partner. This way one of us is almost always available. It makes it easier to be in two places at once! On a personal note we are huge dog lovers. My son just returned from his 4th tour of duty in Iraq. He has a Purple Heart and Bronze Star, along with a very proud mother. My daughter and her husband recently moved to Rhode Island from Florida where she is an IO Psychologist. We are members of the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors.
