I've owned real estate in South Florida now for over 20 years. Prior to living here year 'round, I sold real estate in North Carolina (HELLO North Carolina!) and in Kentucky (HELLO Kentucky!). We made the move here permanent about 10 years ago - my how time flys when you're having so much fun!
Certifications - well, of course I'm a licensed Realtor and can work with buyers all over the state of Florida. I have my GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) and I also have my E-PRO (basically means I'm trained for the world of computer real estate).
We have lived on a canal with Gulf Access so I know the boating world. My husband and son Golf so we know the Golf world. We also own property at Lovers Key Beach Resort - famous for our playful dolphins (the animals, not the football team!). We've lived in gated communities (very popular here) and non-gated properties. I've sold quite a bit of real estate here and feel pretty confident that all my clients would give you excellent recommendations...as pretty much all of them are now my personal friends.
I love working with Realtors around the world - so if you are a Realtor, let me work referrals with you. If you are a buyer interested in this area and have a personal Realtor at home that you love, have them contact me for a referral fee.
Drop me a note and let me know what your dreams of home ownership in Florida are - I KNOW I can help you achieve them.
Our South Florida area is unique in pricing - I've listed and sold condos and single family homes "in-land" and "waterfront" ranging from in the $200,000's to over a million. It's not as important for you to know your Realtor has sold in your price range as much as it's important that your Realtor knows the area well and where you can get the most for your money. Everything depends on your dreams - your needs. I do not believe I've ever had a prospective buyer not find what they wanted for the price they had in mind once they've become knowledgeable about the real estate market here.
Some areas that you may hear about ( all of which I have sold property in)...South Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Estero, Bonita Springs & Naples. All of these "towns" have "inland" properties and "waterfront" properties. Waterfront could be canal, river, gulf, bay or even lake.
If you've been to this area of the country before, then you probably already know where you would like to own. If you haven't been here - book a trip NOW - I'd be happy to help you find a place to rent in order to get a feel for paradise.
Bonita Springs is between Fort Myers (beautiful beaches & super golf courses!) in Lee County and Naples (beautiful beaches & super golf courses!) in Collier County. I live on a canal with Gulf Access
