Tom Marcinkowski and his family live in Peterstown, West Virginia.  Before moving to WV, Tom had visited for many years, to hunt and enjoy all that this beautiful state has to offer.  Deciding that it was the perfect place for his family to settle down in, Tom, along with wife Michelle and 2-year old son Thomas, moved to scenic Monroe County, and joined the team at Great Mountain Properties, owned by the Houchins family. Tom has been a long-time friend of the Houchins family, a friendship with Derek Houchins beginning in elementary school in Orlando, FL.

       Tom got his start in the heavy equipment business, where he worked many years for his family business in Florida. Eventually his knowledge and love for horses led him to an opportunity to work for a world famous horse show in Orlando, where he headed up the Western section of the show.   Soon after Tom met his wife Michelle, they moved to Vermont to be closer to her family, and Tom began a career in retail working for the world's largest retailer.  As a District Supervisor he helping his district achieve hundred million dollar sales and managing hundreds of associates has made Tom an expert in Customer service.  After several rewarding and very demanding years, Tom decided make a career change, allowing him to spend more time with his wife and son.  In early 2004 he entered the Real Estate industry and has loved every minute.  He has held licenses in both Vermont and New Hampshire, and is currently licensed in West Virginia and Virginia.  Within the Virginias' he is a member of the National Association of Realtors, as well as a member of the Greenbrier Valley Board of Realtors in West Virginia.        Tom's vast experience in many areas, and on-going education help him to identify and provide for his customers' needs.  Each and every client is important to Tom, and he strives to make the selling or buying experience easy and painless.His professionalism allows his clients to feel that they are in good hands.
