"When we were looking to move, we called Wayne to give us a free evaluation on our house. He gave us a realistic evaluation, based on 'similar houses' in the area. We listed with Wayne, and asked him to find us a smaller bungalow in the area. Wayne was very knowledgeable in this area. He kept us well informed on all our house activities, letting us know what the buyers liked and even what they weren't too keen on. He was always on time for appointments, and got back to any of our phone calls in very good time.
When he found us our new home, we wanted to put an offer in after just one viewing. Wayne insisted on us seeing it again before making such a huge commitment. That's not what a lot of brokers would do, but that's Wayne. We really appreciated his looking after our best interests. His negotiating skills were excellent during both transactions, getting us the best deal on our sale, and saving us money on our purchase. He was very professional and supportive, and exceeded our expectations. He went more than the extra mile for us, helping us with interior designers, contractors, even got us a great deal on our movers.
