Certifications in distressed property management and certified foreclosure specialists.
Currently accepted and participating with asset managers nationwide. Participation with loss mitigators nationwide in short sale transactions with over 90% success rate.
Full time support team of 9 licensed assistants, two full-time team administrator, two REO transaction coordinators, BPO support teams, Field management service coordinator and office couriers.
Preferred Contractor network, Professional photography services, and Professional Printing services.
