I started out working for a law office  getting in "the business" in 1984, while moving to Arkansas in 1987. At that time I went to work for a local title company, while working my way up to VP in nine (9) years. Then in 1996 I went out on my own and opened WEST LITTLE ROCK TITLE COMPANY with a 2 woman office. The public responded well to my new office and we've been going strong ever since. Personal attention to customers, eye on detail, hard work, competitive rates, knowing what the customer wants sometimes before they do and figuring out which 12 hours of the day to work contributed to my success. We currently have  an office of seven at this time. I have trained all of my employees from day one and in 2005 one of my employees was voted "Young Title Person of the Year." I have been very lucky to have loyal employees, several of which have been here over 10 years, which is something to celebrate.. Handling stress is part of it -- part of being successful, so we try not to complain too much. I'd like the opportunity to work with you on your closings.
