My Business Background and Experience :
I was a top producing REALTOR with RE/MAX Associates and a Certified Residential Specialist. I am a graduate of the REALTOR Institute and carry the e-Pro designation. along with the CDPE, Certified Distressed Property Expert designation. The e-Pro designation indicates that I am technology proficient. This is especially meaningful for Buyers and Sellers in the promotion and marketing efforts for sellers and the technology I provide through IDX link which allows Buyers to locate any property that is available for sale in San Diego.
The CDPE designation was awarded for completing the rigorous study necessary to become proficient with the handling of Distressed properties, including Bank Foreclosures.
I have Served over 30 years in my industry in many capacities including, 2000 President of the San Diego Association of REALTORS, Director to California Association of REALTORS from 1993 through 2004. State Association CREPAC trustee from 2001 through 2004
I served as Director to the National Association of REALTORS for a number of terms.
In 2003 I was appointed Vice Chair of the National Association of REALTORS MLS Forum and served as Chair in 2004 and held the post of Federal District Coordinator ( FDC) to the Honorable Susan Davis, HR, 2005 Congress since she was first elected to office in 2000.
With my many years of committee work on our Standardized Contract Forms, Electronic Forms Advisory, Risk Management, MLS Model Rules, Legislative and Local Government Relations, I gained both an appreciation for and an extensive knowledge in the organizational, legislative and risk management aspects of the industry.
I had brought this specialized knowledge into my practice to benefit my clients and their particular issues as it relates to the practice of Buying and Selling real estate.
