Whit Prouty is a residential realtor specializing in Los Angeles home sales. He is associated with Coldwell Banker Beverly Hills North, the prestigious #1 selling office in the United States for Coldwell Banker. Whit’s office may be in Beverly Hills, but the nature of his business has given him a large area of concentration, from the Hollywood Hills west to the Beach, to the San Fernando Valley, and other areas outside of LA County. He is well versed working with Attorney Clients, Business Manager Clients, Trusts, Estates, Celebrities and Industry Clientele. He is an excellent marketer, negotiator, networker and professional. On the personal side, Whit made Los Angeles home for his family (Laura, Nicolette and Caitlyn) in 1996, though his in-laws have been in LA for more than 50 years. After working in the entertainment industry on the production side for Universal Pictures and the creative side for Jersey Films, a well-known realtor about_bottomsuggested that he begin a career in real estate sales.
