| Whitney was great to work with! No matter what time, she made herself available and worked to complete everything I needed for close. She also took the worry off of my shoulders and made sure my lawyer had everything prepared so we did not have to delay closing. She made the closing process so much better and stress free, I would not have been able to get through without her! |

| I can not say enough positive things about our experience with Whitney when purchasing our home. She was very knowledgeable with the process and was very quick to answer all our questions and we had a lot! She helped us to get locked into the best rate we could and was very through with explaining the documentation we needed for our FHA loan and why. She was very nice every time I contacted her and I never felt like I was bothering her as she took time to answer everything and never rushed me. She also took time to come to our late afternoon closing which meant so much to us. I would highly recommend using Whitney when purchasing or refinancing a home. I know we will use her again when we have the need! |

| My wife and I had consulted two mortgage lenders to compare rates and receive two different opinions. Whitney was honest from the beginning of the process all the way to the end. She was courteous, quick with responses to questions, and diligent in her work. Furthermore, she was reassuring when issues came up. She got us a new mortgage payment exactly where we wanted it to be. Also, I cannot leave out her loan processor Kim, who was just as awesome and easy to work with. Both ladies made this process much easier to deal with and were honest the entire way. I would recommend their services if you are looking to refinance. |
