Personal History:
After growing up in New York and four cold winters in Chicago, Wendy has embraced the warmth and vibrance of the South Florida climate. Since her move to the region, Wendy and her family have enjoyed the "Weston lifestyle," including all of the city's amenities and recreational activities, and the top notch public school system.

Wendy attended Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA and earned her Bachelors Degree in Policy Analysis and Business Management. Coming from a Property Management background, Wendy is a real estate professional who excels in sourcing, developing, and managing solid business relationships.  Wendy is results-driven with a successful record in structuring and closing deals, including analyzing opportunities, developing financial projections, and negotiating contracts.
