We believe that the mortgage company you deal with should be up front with you. Everyone has stories about the lender who didn't keep in touch and the deal "blew up". We are committed to giving you a timely answer on your customer. Sure, sometimes it's not good news, but wouldn't you rather know early instead of wasting your time driving a client all over town only to find out that the "pre-approval" isn't one at all. In fact, it's not worth the paper it's printed on.

We do not broker. We are a correspondent lender, which means we handle all underwriting, processing and funding in-house. We provide superior service for refinancing and purchasing residential and commercial real estate, including FHA, VA, USDA, HouseCharlotte, conforming and investment loans. We typically find that we can meet or sometimes even beat the conventional bank's rate and/or closing costs, and with much better service!

Hate getting those phone calls from the seller's agent (if you're the buyer's agent) or the buyer's agent (if you're the seller's agent) or from the customer? "Hey, what's going on with the loan?" and "Are we going to meet the closing date?" At the onset of every transaction every person gets a letter from us, the seller's agent, the buyer's agent AND the borrower. In fact, if we have the seller's information, we even send them one as well. Our contact information is included and they are encouraged to contact either myself or Dave any time they need an update. Of course, we voluntarily call everyone involved at major events in the life of the loan, (appraisal, through underwriting, loan cleared-to-close) but everyone needs to feel free to contact us at any time.

WE ARE THE KINGS of the conforming loan. That is actually 90% of our business. Look at our service contract above and you'll see why every realtor who tries us, stays with us. Of course, you can see from our profile that we do many different types of loans, however, due to the fact that I am a former general contractor and a current real estate investor we have special strengths in construction-to-perm loans as well as investment properties. In addition to that we are one of only a handful of mortgage brokers that are both FHA and VA qualified. This enables us to originate these types of loans and isn't something that just any office can obtain. FHA and VA only license those offices with experience and therefore limits the number of offices that can originate these types of loans. I also speak Spanish which I learned while in the U.S. Army working as a linguist. This certainly comes in handy and we would certainly like for you to consider using us to break through the language barrier with your Hispanic customers.
