As a NATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE award recipient two years in a row, the clients I have worked with felt that they were treated with respect, their calls were returned promptly, the price on their home was correct and that their wants and needs were attended to.   The information was gathered through a third party survey and to receive the award, the client interviewed must have been 100% satisfied and all surveys had to be returned.  Over 16,000 agents were involved.

Since beginning my practice, in 1996 I have built my current clientele through the service provided.  Currently my business is 95% by referral from past clients and repeat customers.

In 2006 I was awarded by my peers - Best customer service agent in Lakewood - and to my surprise was published in Seattle's Best Magazine.

Outside of my passion for helping others in their real estate endeavors, I love dogs, photography and playing the piano.  i have been a host mother of over 24 college exchange students from four countries.  

As a benefit to seller clients, I offer expertise in marketing and advertising - having a BA in this area.  Clients will get a true professional who knows target marketing, key wording and photography. 

With an art and design background, I am able to assist my seller clients with staging their home utilizing their own items in a pleasing way.  I sell 95% of the homes I list when the seller is cooperative.
