Daniel has worked with major financial corporations such as Wells Fargo bank as one of their top mortgage consultants. Mr.Huertas has owned and managed the growth of two mortgage corporations in the Washington Metro Area. In 2009 Mr. Huertas saw great opportunities in the real estate development field and bought, developed and sold dozens of projects each year enabling him to understand the nature of the renovation business in a much deeper level. With the background in Mortgage Financing and Redevelopment; In May 2012 launched Washington Capital Partners, an asset based lending corporation. Since May, Washington Capital Partners has provided to the small and mid-size developer the financial tools to further succeed in an ever competitive DC real estate market.
