As Assistant Manager, Wanda builds powerful agents with her industry knowledge, coaching and skill development programs.

As a sales professional in the Irving/Las Colinas Office of Coldwell Banker prior to her current position, Wanda practiced first hand what it takes to achieve success as a real estate professional.

Wanda and Manager Tommy Dyer work together to elevate the careers of sales professionals. After an associate finishes FastStart, they have agents enter their own program called “Blue Print to Success”. There, associates develop a business plan and over the next four weeks they work that plan. Tommy and Wanda also host “Power Words” which is script practice.

Wanda first started real estate in Corpus Christi in 1998. She then moved to Dallas in 2000, where she continued to hone her skills as a Realtor. Wanda joined the Coldwell Banker family in 2006. She attended Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi.

Wanda lives in Coppell with her husband Terry, son Garrett and daughter Courtney. She is actively involved with Coppell schools through the PTO. Wanda is also active in several other civic and Realtor groups.
