Meticulous Home Inspection Corp. is a Long Island based inspection company that provides nearly instantaneous residential and commercial inspections 7 days a week in Nassau and Suffolk counties on Long Island, and the 5 boroughs of New York City. Hands-on experience sets us apart from many inspectors, some of which have never turned a screwdriver. We have performed major foundation repairs, re-wired homes and service panels, added rooms with full foundations onto previously existing structures, removed and replaced doors and windows, fabricated staircases, built custom kitchens and bathrooms, installed and serviced oil fired boilers and gas water heaters, removed load bearing walls and re-supported for additions to the home, and many other aspects of home renovation.

| Thank you so much for all your help with the East Northport property. Your ability to locate the interior problems with that investment property really saved me a lot of time money and energy in repair costs. Although the house was priced right the hidden cost were way over profitability in terms of positive cash flow for the investment. Moving forward, I will be sure to use your inspection service for other deals. Your price was right, your service was great, your follow up was quick and it would be ridiculous if I were to use anyone else.
