My name is Victor Muzzatti. I am the owner of Confidence Title & Escrow. I specialize in residential real estate transfers and refinances. I am fluent in Spanish, Italian and English, and fluent is more that just being able to say "sign here" in these languages.  The client is explained the transaction thoroughly. 

As a native Washingtonian, I attended St. John's College High School in Washington, D.C., received my Baccalaureate degree from the University of the District of Columbia and graduated from the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America. I am a member of the Maryland and District of Columbia Bar. I am also a founding member Muzzatti Wagner, L.L.C., Attorneys at Law, which is ‘of counsel' to Confidence Title. Both offices are located at 702 Russell Avenue, Suite 303, Gaithersburg, MD, 20877. 

My involvement in real estate began in 1990 as a Realtor. I then went on to work for two major title companies in the area and began my own operation after realizing that bigger wasn't necessarily better. My focus at Confidence Title is strictly on the clients and customers and their satisfaction, not necessarily on the number of transactions closed in any given month.

I truly enjoy what I do.  If someone were to ask me what is the best part of my job, I would respond, "two things:" 1) the opportunity to meet many, many different people from all walks of life; and 2) the satisfaction from helping someone, especially first time home buyers, realize their dream of home ownership.
