I have bought and sold property for ten years in Catawba County.  I also manage our rental houses.  I earned my real estate license and am now using my knowledge and skills to help others buy their dream home or find their next investment opportunity. I am a highly motivated and competitive individual whose goal is to excel in my field.  With a background in customer service and flipping houses I am uniquely qualified to assist you with your real estate issues. 

I am more than an agent. I am a marketing and investment consultant.  I have been extensively trained on handling the sale or purchase of what is possibly your largest investment.  I can assist you with tips to make your house more marketable (thus making more money), to directing you to the best loan source for that flip you're thinking about doing.  I do more listening than talking.  I am a firm believer in working hard and going the extra mile to help someone if I can.  I also realize the importance of maintaining communication with everyone involved in a situation so that problems are minimized and handled in the most appropriate manner. If you are selling:  My goal is to get you the most amount of money in the least amount of time and with the least  amount of inconvenience.  I will be courteous and professional throughout the process.  I will go do a complete market analysis on your property and advise you on staging and pricing your home.  Your home will be marketed every day until it is sold.  I will go door to door with flyers, make phone calls, send emails and broadcast your home on the web on multiple sites in order to help you reach the most buyers.  I will advertise your property regularly in The Real Estate Book.  I will prepare brochures to be given to potential buyers when they view your home or attend an open house I will hold.  After attracting a qualified buyer I will then negotiate on your behalf to get you the best deal possible.  I will schedule any inspections that may need to be done so that the experience is as hassle free as possible for you.  I will make sure you are kept informed of any issues that arise and give you weekly updates as to our progress.  I will walk you through the closing process so that you know what your expenses are and what you can plan to net on closing day.
